“The Bulldog heeft cassatie ingesteld bij de Hoge Raad tegen de uitspraak van het gerechtshof Amsterdam van 2 februari 2010, waarin is geoordeeld dat The Bulldog Energy Drink inbreuk maakt op de merkrechten van Red Bull. In eerste aanleg had de rechtbank Amsterdam alle vorderingen van Red Bull afgewezen. The Bulldog is van mening dat het oordeel van het gerechtshof Amsterdam niet juist is, en zij heeft de Hoge Raad dan ook verzocht zich daarover uit te spreken.   “ The Bulldog has submitted to the Supreme Court a request to review the judgement of the the Appeal Court in Amsterdam dated 2 February 2010, in which it has ruled that The Bulldog Energy Drink infringes the trademark rights of Red Bull. In first instance the District Court in Amsterdam had rejected all claims of Red Bull. The Bulldog is of the opinion that the decision the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam cannot stand, and it has asked the Supreme Court to reconsider that judgement.
